shipping policy

International customers: We currently ship within the United States, US Territories and Canada. We do not currently ship to any other Countries.

 

When will I receive my order?

In stock items shipping to addresses within the United States usually take 2-3 business days to process and 2-4 business days to arrive. Pre-sale and custom items shipping to addresses within the United States usually take 4-6 weeks to process and 2-4 business days to arrive. 

 

Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day.

If you do not receive your order within the time frames above, please contact Customer Service using the form on the Contact page.

 

A Note to Customers Living Outside the United States

If you order products for delivery to a shipping address outside the United States, you will be responsible for any and all import taxes, tariffs and duties which may be levied by your Customs or Government or Other Authority upon any parcel we send to you. Please note: taxes/duties are calculated based on the original retail price of the items in your order and does not include any discounts or promotions.

Tracking information takes 2-4 days for in stock items and 4-6 weeks for pre-sale and custom items. The tracking number will be emailed and shown on the order page of your account. Please navigate to the “Contact” page and fill out the form to inquire about your tracking.
